Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping method is with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). 

We ship within the continental United States. 

Our standard policy is to process an order no later than 2 business days from paid receipt of customer order.  High volume and seasonal sales may affect shipping turnaround.

Our shipping rates are:
Order total $0.00 to $39.99 flat 8.50 shipping and handling fee
Order total $40.00 on up** flat 10.50 shipping and handling fee

**If an order does not fit into a standard flat rate USPS shipping box, additional shipping charges may apply.

If you wish to order only a sample, or a very small order that fits into a small flat rate USPS shipping box, please contact us.  We will adjust your shipping fees upon request.

If you prefer a shipping method other than the USPS, please contact us (preferably before you place on order).  We will work with you to obtain the shipping method that you prefer.
Return Policy
Because our products are items that, due to health and safety reasons, cannot be returned to us after the package is opened and/or after the product has been used, we do not allow returns. 

If you do receive an order that is damaged due to shipping, you may return the product, unused, in its original packaging.  Upon inspection, we will supply you with a replacement product of the same value.  We do not pay for the return shipping cost.  Please contact us before returning an item.  Returns are accepted if they are pre-approved by Annie's Goat Hill.

Refunds are not included in our general policy, however, problems with orders will be reviewed on a case to case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
