Our Basic Goat Milk Soap Ingredients

Goat milk - fresh wholesome goat milk (no water added), filtered and pasteurized daily

Base oils - consisting of food grade vegetable oils (olive, coconut, and palm) which provide stability, hardness, lather and skin moisturizing to our soaps. 

Additional oils - shea butter for extra moisturizing and skin conditioning

Essential oils - high quality oils added for both fragrance and color

Fragrance oils - we add fragrance oils that are safe for the skin

Colorants - we provide soaps with both natural and man-made colorants.  All natural soaps, some color is provided by the essential oils themselves, herbal (such as lemongrass and cinnamon), some pigments (natural as well) are used (and listed in the ingredients).  Non-natural colorants, ultramarines, are created in laboratories, no animal testing is done, and are proven skin safe. 

Complexion clays - all natural, adds silkiness and color to the soap .  Types of clay Rhassoul (gold, light brown), Bentonite (green), and Rose.

Texture - oatmeal, coffee, poppyseeds can help the skin to exfoliate and/or sooth

Sodium Hydroxide - once the soap cures, it no longer contains any traces of sodium hydroxide (lye).  Lye is used to saponify the fats.  Saponification is the process involving fats changing to soap.

Our Basic Goat Milk Body Cream Ingredients

Our goat milk body creams contain goat milk and distilled water.  Our body creams also contain olive, avocado, sweet almond and jojoba oil, shea butter and aloe vera.  We use a sustainable palm and coconut oil based emusifying wax and stearic acid for stabilization.  Our preservatives are both paraben and non-formaldehyde forming.
